No Booking Required
No booking is needed for repairs or services. Simply visit one of our branches during operating hours or courier your machine to us.
Assessment Fee
All domestic coffee machines carry a R650 assessment fee, payable upfront before inspection.
- The assessment fee will be deducted from the final invoice should you proceed with the repair.
- The assessment fee is non-refundable.
If you are looking for a spare part not listed on our website, please complete the form below, and we will gladly assist with sourcing it.
The Machines We Love Working On
Over the years we’ve had the pleasure of working on just about every coffee machine brand you can think of — and we truly love keeping your favourite machines brewing happily
We happily work on most major brands, including Jura, Breville, Saeco, Philips, Gaggia, Rancilio, and DeLonghi
There are a few machines we unfortunately no longer work on, namely Sprada, Siemens, and pod machines (including Nespresso® machines) 🚫
Some brands, like Bosch and Melitta, can also be a little tricky as spare parts are very limited in South Africa 📦
Our older Breville friends – BES860, BES250 & 800ES – are sadly past their retirement age 👵We’ll always try our best to help, but repairs on these models can be risky due to spare parts no longer being available
